Investment Amount:

• Minimum Tk.20,000.00
• Maximum Tk.3,00,000.00

(70% of the total cost but not exceeding Tk.3,00,000.00)

Repayment Tenor:

12 to 24 equal monthly installments.

Eligibilities:

• Owners of home/building, plot, apartment and their husband or wife.
• Existing garden vegetables, flowers, fruits etc. on rooftop or at home yard, or enough space for starting new garden.
• Regular bank officials.
• Service holders & businessmen.

Required Papers:

• Applicant’s (husband-wife together) photograph, NID.
• Client can take investment in his name, in his family member’s name; and investment can also be availed against guarantors DPS/MTDR.
• NOC or permission from the building owners/flat management committee for the rented residents.
• Bank statement for businessman and salary statement for service holders.
• Electricity, water and gas bill.

Required Guarantee:

• Personal guarantee.
• Spouse guarantee.
• 3rd Party guarantee in case of investment limit is over Tk.1,00,000.00
• Regular employees of bank.
