SIBL Securities Limited (SIBLSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Social Islami Bank Ltd. (SIBL) commenced stock broking activities in January 2012 after obtaining license from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) as Stock Broker & Stock Dealer. The company holds the TREC of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (TREC No. 094) and Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (TREC No. 142). It provides investors with a platform to trade both in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE). The company also holds the Depository Participant (DP) license.
At present the company has two branches located in Dhaka & Chittagong and one Extension Office at Motijheel, Dhaka. SIBLSL has implemented the most updated software "Blue-chip" that can be maneuvered for all services needed to be provided by a brokerage house.

Mr. Mohammed Jamal Hossain is the Head of Accounts & Finance of SIBL Securities Ltd. (SIBLSL) since June 10, 2021. Prior to his joining in SIBLSL, he worked as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in IFIC Securities Limited. from 2007 to June, 2021. Mr. Hossain started his career with BLI Securities Ltd.as Executive Officer in the year 2002. He also worked at Exim Bank Ltd and Trust Bank Ltd. He has total 20 years experiences in the banking and NBFI specially in Capital Market Division. He completed his post graduate under Jagannath University and completed his CA Course from Mizanur Rahman Bhuyan & Co., Chartered Accountants, Dhaka in 2000. Mr. Mohammed Jamal Hosssain has participated in different Training, Workshop, Seminar, Certificate Course etc. and gained vast experiences in rules, regulations relating to Capital Market. |

Mr. Md. Shahidul Alam

Mr. Md.Shahidul Alam joined in SIBL Securities Limited (SIBLSL) in 2015 as Head of Extension Office, Motijeel, Dhaka. Prior to his joining in the services of SIBLSL, he worked with Shaymol Equity Management. Ltd. for a period of 10 years and Branch In-Charge of Wifang Securities Ltd. for a period of 9 Yrs. He bears a total 23 years’ experiences in the field of Capital Market in Bangladesh. Mr. Md.Shahidul Alam has obtained his MBA degree from Darul Ihsan University of Dhaka in 2009 with major in Finance. During the service tenure, he attended different Training, workshop, Seminar, Certificate Courses etc. arranged by DSE, CSE, BSEC. Mr. Alam is a successful Authorized Representative and posses good inter personal relationship with the investors, capital market related intermediaries and regulators. |

Mr. Tuhin Mian

Mr. Tuhin Mian joined SIBL Securities Limited (SIBLSL) as In-charge of CDBL & Settlement in 2011. He has chosen to be a capital market professional after completion of MBA degree with major in Finance & Banking and accordingly stared his career with Dynamic Securities & Consultants Limited in 2007 as “Management Trainee Officer” and thus he bears a total 13 years of immense capital market exposure. Prior to his joining in SIBLSL, he worked as Manager DP-CDBL of First Capital Securities Limited and served there up to February 2011. Besides Mr. Tuhin has a vast knowledge and experiences in the field of various Regulatory and Corporate affairs relating to the Capital Market and CDBL. He is the Member of Central Compliance Unit (CCU) and Management Committee of SIBL Securities Limited. Mr. Tuhin is a Level-III student of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) towards his Chartered Secretary degree. He has attended many Training, workshop and Certificate Courses conducted by Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), DSE, CSE, BICM, BIBM and Engineering Institution of Bangladesh. |

Mr. Md. Ahsanul Haque

Mr. Md. Ahsanul Haque is the Head of Research Team of SIBL Securities Ltd. He has a total 12 years’ experience in investment research/ portfolio management and risk/ credit management on capital market. He is lying in the core position to provide technical / basic / fundamental / analytical information to the company and clients to cater the complex Investment decision. He is the Member of Central Compliance Unit (CCU) and Management Committee of SIBLSL. Prior to his joining, he worked as Authorized Representative and member of Research Team in Phoenix Securities Ltd. from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Haque has obtained his B.Sc in Leather Engineering degree from the Institute of Leather Engineering & Technology (ILET) under Dhaka University and also obtained MBA degree major in Finance & Securities Analysis from United International University. Moreover, He has participated in different Training, Workshop, Seminar, Certificate Course etc. and gained vast experiences in rules, regulations relating to Capital Market. Mr. Haque travelled various countries like Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia. |

Mr. Didar has a total 11 years’ of practical experiences in the field of capital market. He joined SIBLSL in 2016 and prior to his joining, worked at International Leasing Securities Limited (ILSL) as Deputy Manager and Royal Capital Ltd. as Senior Executive. Mr. Didar has completed his MBA with Major in Marketing from International Islamic University of Chittagong (IIUC).He has attended several capital market related training, workshop and Certificate Courses.
