Is SIBL NOW Secured?
Our app is managed by the most modern secured technology system which is tagged with your device via IMEI number and you can register up to 3 devices for one SIBL account. Besides, we use 2-step verification method for fund transfer. To ensure the security of any online payment system customer level awareness is very important. In this case, confidentiality of password/PIN/security code must be ensured, an easily guessable password should be avoided and passwords should be changed at regular interval. Security of related email ID, device, and SIM card must be ensured. The device should not be shared. Using updated antivirus, avoiding unauthorized apps, avoiding the use of unsecured network are important. Users should not perform the transaction using open WIFI network and the router should be password protected.

Do I need to register for SIBL NOW?
Yes. Please visit one of the SIBL Branches near to you and fill up the SIBL NOW Enrollment Form. You will be given a unique User ID & Password. Download SIBL NOW App from the app store in your phone. Install it and activate it by the User ID & Password provided from the Branch. Upon activating it for the first time you will be asked to change the password and it is mandatory to change the initial password given to you by the Branch to ensure the highest level of security. Install SIBL NOW App from App Store in your device and get started.
Pressing the SIBL NOW App icon will take you to the Home Page and there you will find 9 Menu Icons to make your task easier.
Input your User ID and password to sign in the application.
Sign up is a registration process. Fill up the necessary field with proper information and submit the copy of information to the nearest branch to activate your account.

A: The inactivity time is 20 minutes.
Q7: Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?
A: Yes. Once your Internet Banking application has been approved, we will activate your access. Then you may log in using the password you created when you register. The initial log in process will require you to change your password to a value that only you will know.
Q8: What happens if I forget or lose my password?
A: Contact at your nearest SIBL branch. An email will be sent to your issue-associated email address. Click to set a new password, and you will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password.
Q9: I use a One Time Password (OTP) token for existing Internet Banking Service. Do I need to use it for SIBL NOW too?
Yes. Like the way you transfer fund in SIBL’s Internet Banking portal by inputting OTP, here in SIBL NOW for transferring fund you will also have to use the OTP.
