• Change of existing PIN (Existing PIN mandatory/Must be required)
• Re- issue of PIN (Existing PIN is NOT required)

To activate and set the PIN for your new Card instantly, please follow the below steps:

• You have the card on hand.
• You have the registered mobile number with you to receive OTP. Please ensure that the mobile number you are providing here is registered with your Card
• Click the button Green PIN Service to activate Card & New PIN generation
• Follow the instruction to activate your Card first if card is not activated yet
• Once your Card is activated successfully, you will receive congratulations notification in next screen instantly in your web. Then generate new PIN for the Card for first time
• Fill the required information accurately.
• During generate PIN please follow the PIN Combination strictly:
  • Desired PIN Must be numeric 04(Four) digit
  • Do not use first digit ”0 (Zero)” in your desired PIN
• For Reissue/replace your PIN, Card MUST be in Active/Regular.
• Do not share your PIN/OTP with any one.
