Social Islami Bank launched three week-long foundation training on banking of the newly-joined probationary officers on 29 September at the bank’s head office. Maksuda Begum, Vice Chairman  & Chairman of EC Committee of the Bank, inaugurated the training program as the chief guest. Mohammad Forkanullah, Managing Director (Acting) of the Bank, was present as special guest. Abdul Hannan Khan, Deputy Managing Director, Md. Shahriar Khan, Head of HRD, Md. Mazadul Hoque, In-charge of Training Institute, and other officials were also present on the occasion. Around 40 probationary officers attended the training program.

Maksuda Begum, Vice Chairman & Chairman of EC Committee, said that foundation training is crucial for the new joiners. She also asked the participants to implement their earned knowledge in banking activities. We are working to direct the Bank in the right direction for achieving the goals.
