One can open a SIBL account through “SIBL NOW” mobile app from abroad. Zafar Alam, Managing Director & CEO of Social Islami Bank Limited, inaugurated this service on his recent business trip to Malaysia. Mr. Raju Ahmed a Bangladeshi expatriate in Malaysia first opened account with SIBL and sent remittance from his account through TML Remittance Center. Mr. Md. Akmal Hossain, Head of International Division of SIBL, was present along with Bangladeshi expatriates.
