The 174th(Emergency) meeting of the Board of Directors of Social Investment Bank Limited (SIBL) was held in the Board Room of the Bank on July 15, 2008. Janab Abdul Awal Patwary, Hon'ble Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairman, Directors, Managing Director Mr. K.M. Ashaduzzaman, Deputy Managing Director Mr. Abu Sadek Md. Sohel, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Walid Mahmud Sobhani and Board Secretary Mr. Mahamud Hassan were present in the meeting. Important decisions on various activities of the Bank were taken.
