The  6th  Extra  Ordinary  General  Meeting  of  Social  Islami    Bank  Ltd  (SIBL)  has  been  held  on  17th  January,  2010  at  Dilkusha  Hall,  Hotel  Purbani  International  Ltd.,  Dhaka.  Proposal  for  split  of  face  value  of  SIBL  share  from  Tk  100  to  Tk  10    was  approved  by  the  ordinary  shareholders  in  the  EGM.    SIBL  Chairman  Alhaj  Nasiruddin      presided  over  the  meeting.  SIBL  Vice  Chairmen  Mr  Md  Saidur  Rahman    and  Munshi  Akhtaruzzaman  ,  SIBL    directors  ,  Managing  Director  Mr.  K.  M.  Ashaduzzaman,  Additional  Managing  Director  Mr.  Abu  Sadek  Md.  Sohel,Deputy  Managing  Director  Mr  Md  Abul  Shahjahan  ,  Company  Secretary  Mr.  Mahamud  Hassan,  Share  holders  and  other  senior  executives  of  the  bank  attended  the  meeting.
