The 61st meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Social Investment Bank Limited was held in the Board Room of the bank on February 03, 2009. Janab Kamaluddin Ahmed, Hon`ble Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of the bank presided over the meeting. SIBL directors Mr. Humayun Kabir Khan, Mr. Md. Sayedur Rahman, Managing Director Mr. K. M. Ashaduzzaman, Additional Managing Director Mr. Abu Sadek Md. Sohel, Chief Financial Officer Janab Walid Mahmud Sobhani and Board Secretary Mr. Mahamud Hassan were present in the meeting.
