The Annual Business Conference 2009 of SIBL was held on 09,01.2009 at Uni Resort in Cox’s Bazar.

The Annual Business Conference 2009 of Social Investment Bank Limited (SIBL) was held on Janurary 09,2009 at Uni Resort in Cox’s Bazar. SIBL Chairman Mr. Abdul Awal Patwary was the chief guest and SIBL Vice-Chairman Alhaj Nasiruddin, Directors Mr Humayun Kabir Khan , Mr Kamaluddin Ahmed and Alhaj Sultan Mahmud Chowdhury were present as special guests. The Managing Director of the Bank Mr. K M Ashaduzzaman presided over the conference. Mr Abu Sadek Md Sohel , Additional Managing Director gave vote of thanks.

Chairman Mr. Abdul Awal Patwary in his valuable speech appreciated the Branch Managers for their individual achievement and success. He said the bank has made tremendous success in the year 2008 . He advised the Branch Managers to work hard for the overall development of business and to achieve the targets set forth for the year 2009, so that this Bank can become one of the best private banks of the country. The Chairman expressed the optimism for the best performance of the bank.

The Managing Director in his speech expressed his satisfaction that the honourable Chairman and the directors gave their valuable time by attending the Business Conference, which would inspire the Managers and the Executives of the Bank. The Managing Director advised the Branch Managers to work with total commitment to achieve the business targets for the year-2009. He also stressed the need for participation of all officers and employees of the Bank in all activities so that target fixed for the year-2009 is achieved. He advised the Branch Managers to increase their efforts to mobilize more deposits and earn more profit.

Managers of 28 Branches and Senior Executves of the bank were also present in the conference.
