The Board of Directors
of the Bank in its 152nd meeting decided
to change the denomination of the shares
of the Bank from Tk. 1,000/- to Tk. 100/-
and market lot of shares from 5 to 50.
As prposed, the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) has kindly approved the
proposal of the Bank.
Accordingly, 11,19,555
shares of Tk. 1,000/- have been splitted
into 1,11,95,550 Shares of Tk. 100/- each
and changes effected from 22nd October,
2007 through Central Depository Bangladesh
Ltd. (CDBL).
