Corporate Customer Relationship Department
Responsibilities of this Department:
Marketing, soliciting, pursuing new business in the areas of government ,private, corporate and individual deposit mobilization for the bank.
Planning,organizing,manging,controlling,supervising,monitoring,following up & appropriate disposal of all works relating to marketing of Bank’s existing and new products, procuring deposits and developing effective relationship with existing & prospective customers of the bank.
Researching evaluating new opportunities , demand for potential products and customer needs and insights.
Preparing list of existing and prospective customers and visiting, soliciting bank’s existing and prospective customers from time to time or at reasonable interval to establish effective relationship.
Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing banking products.
Working with products development teams to manage new banking product development.
Design and implements campaigns for SIBL(Customer Service, Road Side Show etc)
Managing marketing channels for banking products.
Attarct new customers by creating value.
Keep old customer satisfied.
Prepare list of corporate bodies and affluent people of the societies for business development.
Arrange meeting with corporate bodies and affluent people of the societies for business development.
Plan marketing call for existing & new customers.
Arrange marketing teams & promote business of the branches.
Monthly and periodic review of all marketing/customer services including business promotion at all relationship points, identify deficiencies and adopting measures for business for business development for the bank.
Coordinate with branches & division/departments at Head Office.
