Human Resources Division plays a very vital part for any organization.Social Islami Bank Limitedhas also such a division for planning and development of human resources of the Bank.The Human Resources Division of the Bank comprises of the following sections :

HR Policy Section :
Without any proper HR Policy the employees of any organization are not motivated to reach their company’s goal.SIBL has aservice role for the Employees where several policies are taken for effective management for human resources. At the same time modification of employee friendly policies are going on as a continuous process.
Recruitment and Appointment Section :
Recruitment is an essential part of running the affairs of an organization. Mainly two types of employees are recruited-experienced employees from other banks and fresh employees for entry level. First of all advertisement is given in the national dailies for recruitment then by the following ways the candidates are selected and Appointment letters are issued to them

Transfer & posting Section :
Every organization recruits employees to fill the need of that organization.After joining the human resources Division,the employees are posted to various Branches and Departments of Head Office based on their knowledge, skill and competency.According to the central directives those employees who have passed more than 3 (three) years in a single place are required to transferred do a different branches/departments,Besides that, for internal arrangement of the bank transfer and posting can take place.SIBL Human Resources Division has such a Transfer and Posting Section for this purpose.
Employee welfare Section :
There is also an Employee Welfare Section which looks after the employee benefits like Increment, leave, Social Insurance, LFE, Settlement of Retirement benefits, Resignation etc.
Training & Development Section :
Training makes a man perfect in his professional area. The theory of right man in the right place should be followed. The intention is to be build up a skilled workforce for the Bank who will lead the bank towards development. Different types of In-house, out-house training/workshops are arranges for the employees throughout all the year. Training and Development Section of the division assess training needs and provides training facilities for the employees of the Bank
Disciplinary Action Section :
Each and every employee of the organization must have to abide by rules and regulations of that organization. But if any employee breaks the rules and regulations and the authority does not take any administrative action against him/her ,the other employees will not follow the rules and regulations of that organization. That’s why a strong disciplinary action section is here to handle such kind of undisciplined activities.
Miscellaneous Section:
Besides all the regular jobs some times some other miscellaneous jobs require to be performed. For doing such type jobs Miscellaneous Section has been formed.
